💦 HYDRATION 💦
What may work for you, might not work for something else! What is good for your body, may not be good for someone else!
If you don’t drink 8 glasses of 8oz of water a day, don’t beat yourself up. Few people do. And that’s ok. However, do know that 80% of your body is made of water and it does NEED to be properly hydrated so you can be your best self!
Practice being mindful with your hydration. Carry a reusable water bottle with you and set a goal to refill it X times per day. You can even keep a water tracker with stickers in your planner if that’s your thang!
Any healthy habit takes practice and INTENTION. Love yourself along your health journey and you will find that you are always exactly where you need to be.
